Graphic Connections in Acton handles embroidery, screen printing, and promotional products for t-shirts, hats, jackets, polos, uniforms, and more. They work with you on design and can usually finish orders in about ten business days. For screen printing, the minimum is twelve pieces for most jobs, though they'll work with you on lower quantities. Embroidery has no minimum.
